We plug emerging artists directly into the Wharton Music Business network — giving them the release infrastructure, industry relationships, and business knowledge that most artists spend years trying to find on their own. We're not here to sign artists and shelve them. We're here to build careers.
What We Are
The WMB Artist Incubator is the artist services arm of WMB Collective. We find emerging artists — from Penn's campus, Philadelphia, and beyond — and help them build the foundation for a real career in music.
We handle release strategy, positioning, and industry connections with one goal: getting our artists in front of the right people and setting them up for the next level.
This isn't a vanity label. It's a hands-on incubator run by students who understand the business and care about the music.
